L’Abrigo de la Quebrada propose une séquence stratigraphique importante, avec neuf niveaux dont sept présentent des preuves d’occupation appartenant au Paléolithique moyen. De plus, l’existence d’un niveau stérile, le VI, séparant les niveaux supérieurs (II à V) des niveaux inférieurs (VII à IX), permet d’évaluer, dans une perspective diachronique, les changements constatés sur les différentes matiàres premières et sur les systémes de débitage employés pour chacune de ces deux grandes phases. In this paper, we present a study of a group of cooper and bronze objects that were found by chance in the Bronze Age village of L’Arbocer (Font de la Figuera, Valencia). The main aims are the description of the objects and the results of the X Ray Fluorescence analyses. Moreover; a short fieldwork season has been carried out, which has allowed us to determine the archaeological context of the metals and to establish their connection with a possible area of metallurgical activity. In this article, we explore the penetration of different shamanic currents in the new millennium in Spain, with a particular focus on the Region of Valencia. The traditions in this area differ from the shamanic traditions that had been previously adopted in two aspects: they are different shamanic currents and they follow their own settlement dynamics. By using a qualitative methodology based on a combination of thorough interviews and field observations, we have approached diverse neoshamanic manifestations in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. This article analyses the national discourse of Spanish socialism during the Second Republic and seeks to emphasise the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party’s identification with a Spanish national identity. Furthermore, by considering the case of the Valencian Region (País Valenciano), it points to ways in which that identity was expressed, showing the role of the local and regional spheres in the socialist interpretation of national identity. Middle Palaeolithic flint procurement in Central Mediterranean Iberia: IMplications for human mobility.

Different flint types from the Middle Palaeolithic site of Abrigo de la Quebrada (Chelva, Valencia) are characterized, both macro- and microscopically, and compared with types found at other localities in the region. Although procurement predominantly concerned the immediate vicinity of sites, our results show the presence of the same types in assemblages separated by distances of up to 120 km. The long distances involved are suggestive of a pattern of North-South mobility of human groups along the coastline of central Mediterranean Iberia.

En este trabajo se analizan los objetos líticos apuntados recuperados en el Abrigo de la Quebrada. Para ello, el estudio parte del análisis tecnológico, tipológico y tipométrico de los soportes sobre los que se confeccionó este utillaje, además de una primera aproximación al estudio de las macrohuellas y fracturas detectadas. Los datos obtenidos se comparan con otros del ámbito regional, con el objetivo de aportar nueva información en torno a las capacidades cinegéticas de los grupos neandertales.

En aquest article volem fer una aproximació històrica al desplegament de l’educació plurilingüe al País Valencià. En una primera part revisarem alguns fets que ens semblen significatius per explicar la situació del sistema educatiu valencià en relació a l’ensenyament de la llengua abans de l’aprovació de la Llei d’ús i ensenyament del valencià (LUEV).
